Potentially, yes. Because alcohol rules vary by state, event location, license type, and how the beverage will be used, Believe in Me will review alcohol-related donations before confirming acceptance, service, auction use, pickup, or delivery.
Do I need to transfer the beverages directly to the venue?
Not necessarily. Please submit the offer first. Our team will confirm the appropriate pickup, delivery, storage, venue, and handling process before any alcohol or beverage items are transferred.
Can you use tasting certificates or experiences?
Yes. Tasting certificates, tours, private tastings, beverage-pairing experiences, and gift cards can make excellent auction or raffle packages. Please include expiration dates, restrictions, booking instructions, and any age requirements.
Will my business receive a tax receipt?
Believe in Me can provide a donation acknowledgment for your records. Please consult your tax advisor about deductibility and documentation requirements for your specific gift.
What liquor board guidance applies?
