In-Kind Fine Arts, Performing Arts & Event Ticket Donations

Help Us Build Arts & Event Packages Guests Will Remember.

Original artwork, concert tickets, sporting event tickets, theater seats, creative workshops, gallery access, and cultural experiences help the Marcus Trufant Believe in Me Charity Golf Tournament raise more for youth scholarships.

We are collecting premium arts, entertainment, and event-ticket gifts for two premier golf tournaments in 2026. Your donation can become a live auction package, silent auction item, VIP guest moment, or donor experience that inspires generous bidding.

Quick Yes

Say yes if you can offer one strong arts, entertainment, or event-ticket gift.

FAQ

Common questions from arts and event-ticket donors.

What fine arts, performing arts, or event-ticket gifts are most useful?

Original paintings, sculpture, mixed media, limited edition prints, photography, concert tickets, sporting event tickets, theater or symphony nights, museum tours, gallery memberships, artist-hosted workshops, VIP seating, and backstage or suite access are the strongest fit for this campaign.

Can tickets, memberships, or workshops include restrictions?

Yes. Please include event dates, seat locations, section and row details, expiration dates, blackout dates, age limits, scheduling requirements, location details, ticket transfer rules, and redemption instructions so bidders know exactly what they are receiving.

Do you accept framed artwork, sculpture, mixed media, and physical tickets?

Yes. For artwork, please provide the title, artist name, medium, dimensions, framing details, display requirements, estimated value, and delivery or pickup needs. For physical tickets or certificates, please include photos, transfer instructions, and any replacement policy.

What makes an arts or event-ticket donation auction-ready?

The strongest donations include a clear description, strong photos, fair market value, simple restrictions, seat or access details when applicable, an artist statement or venue description, and a certificate or contact person for fulfillment.

Are in-kind arts donations tax deductible?

Believe in Me can acknowledge eligible in-kind donations, but donors are responsible for determining deductibility and valuation with their own tax or legal advisor.

Where will the tournaments be held?

The 2026 tournaments are scheduled for Canterwood Golf & Country Club in Gig Harbor, Washington, on July 27 at 11 am and Circling Raven Golf Club in Worley, Idaho, on August 31 at noon.
