2022 Grant Awards Announcement

Eleven Inland Northwest charities receive grants from Believe in Me to benefit marginalized children this year.

A total of $134,306 has been granted to eleven regional nonprofits from Believe in Me, a foundation for kids. Each organization has been awarded funding to support programs aimed at helping at-risk children to develop the self-confidence they need to succeed.

Grant applications undergo a competitive review process to ensure the programs align with Believe in Me’s mission; to provide disadvantaged kids with a safe place to call home, a family that loves them, a feeling of community, and opportunities to learn, build self-esteem and have fun. Under the Five Pillars of Caring, these programs work to provide a real and lasting positive impact on the community in the following areas:

Transitional Housing
Foster Care and Adoption
Wraparound Services
Education
Enrichment

Believe in Me is proud to announce the following 2022 grant recipients. We are excited to see the impact these funds will have on the kids in our community. From providing safety and comfort to offering opportunities to build self-esteem through music and play, these programs are filling the gaps for marginalized kids in our community every day.

Julie's passion for equipping the right people with technology and streamlined processes drives her to ensure effective impact. Her resilience, love for challenges, and unwavering dedication make her a remarkable individual committed to creating a better future for children in her community.
