Growing up in Hyderabad, Sushma never imagined herself in the world of technology. It wasn’t until her college years at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, where she pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering, that she found herself captivated by the complexities and possibilities of software quality assurance. A placement in a software company during her final year of studies marked a pivotal turning point, opening the door to a career in testing and ensuring that software applications are user-friendly and reliable.
