The best gifts are simple to explain, simple to redeem, and appealing to golfers, sponsors, and auction guests.

One-night stays, two-night stays, resort weekends, room upgrades, or staycation packages.

Dinner, brunch, happy hour, coffee, dessert, tasting menus, or dining credit.

Questions hospitality donors usually ask.
What hospitality items are most useful?
Hotel stays, restaurant cards, private dining, brunch or dinner packages, event space, and welcome amenities are the easiest for us to package. You can review the hospitality donation guide or learn more about Believe in Me.
Are in-kind hospitality donations tax deductible?
Donated property may be deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please check with your own tax advisor. The IRS explains charitable contribution rules in Publication 526 and explains donor records in its written acknowledgment guidance.
How should I estimate the value of my donation?
Please send the fair market value you would normally charge for the item or experience. The IRS offers valuation guidance in Publication 561 and noncash contribution reporting information on Form 8283.
Can gift cards or certificates include restrictions?
Yes. Please include expiration dates, blackout dates, booking requirements, gratuity terms, and any exclusions. For general consumer rules, see Washington’s gift certificate statute and Idaho’s gift certificate statute.
Can alcohol be included with a hospitality gift?
Sometimes, but alcohol-related gifts have to follow venue and state rules. Washington events may involve a special occasion license through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board; Idaho events may involve alcohol catering requirements described by Business.Idaho.gov.
Where will the tournaments be held?
The 2026 tournaments are scheduled for Canterwood Golf & Country Club in Gig Harbor and Circling Raven Golf Club in Worley. Venue information is available from Canterwood Golf & Country Club and Circling Raven Golf Club.
