A calm, accessible arrival helps the tournament start on time and lets every guest focus on funding scholarships for students.

- Welcome guests, verify registrations, direct traffic, and answer routine schedule and venue questions
- Support accessibility requests and refer sensitive or unresolved issues to the event lead
- Distribute approved materials and track late arrivals, substitutions, or guest updates
- Protect personal information and return all check-in records to staff after the shift

Expected commitment: 1–2 hours per week before the event plus one 6–8 hour event-day shift. Final shifts, meetings, and check-in instructions will be confirmed before placement.

You’ll be easy for guests to recognize as part of the volunteer team. Before your shift, we’ll share the approved event look, any pickup or sizing details that apply, and practical guidance for comfortable footwear, layers, and weather.
